• To provide accessible and affordable quality learning opportunities in formal and informal education in response to needs and interest of all Nigerians.

• To promote and provide technical and vocational training to all students and individuals in Nigeria
• To upgrade the vocational and technical skills of the workforce through continuing education and training.
